GETTING MY SPAM TEXT TO WORK

a person video clip called me yesterday 8/6/24 from my son's gmail , I assumed it absolutely was him then I answered, no person was there to reply, I hung up, then texted my son he explained it wasn't him, will that be a way for scammers to enter into my cell phone and acquire my info???? what should I do?If you are getting texts that you just didn
